Donald Trump motivates his staff with his "In-Your-Face" style of motivation. Trump motivates his employees with this style by getting them to think as big as him. He motivates them by showing off all that he's accomplished and making them think that if they were exactly like him and thought big, they'd have a chance of becoming a Donald Trump. Another way he motivates his employees is through rewards like company paid trips for holiday and vacation.
