Donald Trump used a democratic style of leading. He gets inputs from the rest of his team and makes a decision based on what he has heard. In an interview with CNBC where Donald Trump is asked "How do you infuse that philosophy ("You have to think anyway, so why not think big?") into your organization? Trump replies "Well, I lead my organization. And I think I’ve led them well over the years, and I do give them my philosophies, whether it’s thinking big or thinking quality. I believe in quality."
